Beijing Capital Airport is the second busiest airport in the world. But airports in China are notorious for delays. How to adress a traveler's main needs as they are tired, bored and prone to being anxious.
Developed a proof concept by launching gesture recognition for traveler's entertainment in Beijing's Terminal 1.

SKILLS: stakeholder mapping to define opportunity and craft a business model, designing of user flow for client capture via Gesture Recognition flight simulator and  photo taking app for upload with social media share, usability testing in the field, presenting to Capital Airport Holdings.
